The New Yorker
|
The New Yorker theater lives up to its name in both size and style. The theater fits into an approximately 13x20-foot area
of the customer's basement - a size that even some New York apartments could accommodate - but the theater sacrifices
nothing in terms of performance or aesthetics. A sophisticated, curved, Manhattan-style bar completes the look
and provides refreshments.

The beauty of this theater is in the details. The custom print First Impressions CineLounger seats
nicely complement the burled walnut end tables and cabinetry. A careful observer would note that the same wood
adorns the seats' cupholders, as well as adorning the cabinetry which houses the electronics that power the system.
The Runco DLP projector is hidden almost invisibly in the wall soffett
behind the back row of seats. Seven B&W loudspeakers and a Velodyne subwoofer
provide ground-rattling sound. A Yamaha surround sound processor and
DirecTV high-definition satellite complete the package.
